Gravity
Roller Conveyors
Gravity roller conveyors are the cost effective answer
to many materials handling needs. The rollers reduce surface resistance
and allow goods to be moved by hand without the aid of power. They
suit flat based goods or those which are transported in flat based
containers, and can support loads up to 110kg per metre.
Gravity roller
conveyors can be installed horizontally where movement of the load
is manually controlled or alternatively a shallow decline can be
created by adjusting the stand height, allowing loads to be moved
under the force of gravity. The can also be used in conjunction
with powered conveyors in integrated systems.
Ball tables
are also available for directional changes.

Powered
Roller Conveyors
Powered roller conveyors provide cost effective and versatile
solutions for the transportation of unit loads such as cartons, boxes
and totes. There are a wide range of components available which can
be tailor made to provide exacting solution requirements.

The simple and effective design of powered roller conveyors
minimises the number of moving parts required, reducing the cost and
complexity of complete systems. A single drive unit can power a conveyor
section of up to 80m long with loads of up to 35kg per metre, at nominal
speeds of up to 30 metres per minute. The range of conveyors provides
a quiet running system which consumes minimal power to run efficiently.

Level
or Inclined Belt Conveyors
The range of powered conveyors is designed to suit
situations where load control and speed of operation are important.
These conveyors are particularly suited to carrying loads across a
wide range of weights and sizes and also cope with fragile loads.
Belt conveyors
are available in level and inclined belt formats to suit the requirements
of individual industrial operations. These conveyors can be used
in stand-alone applications or combined to provide an integrated
solution.
Level belt conveyors
are used for horizontal transportation of items in warehouse situations
and also in assembly line operations.
Mezzanine
Floor Conveyors
