Not only this but we the follow up with a quotation to rectify any damages found with SEMA approved components direct from the manufacturer. ![SEIRS Storage Registration](https://www.dexion-anglia.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/seirs-inspection-e1751566363423-150x150.png) **GREEN RISK** Areas where damage is present, however, the level of damage is within the SEMA limits and should be recorded for further consideration. **AMBER RISK**Damage recorded are outside of the SEMA limit and parts need to be replaced. Should the area be emptied, then no additional pallets should be stored until components are replaced. SEMA guidelines are to have employees trained to understand rack damage, load requirements, safe use and current responsibilities. These can be covered in our [Rack Safety Awareness courses](https://www.dexion-anglia.co.uk/projects/rack-awareness-training/) held at our King’s Lynn offices.  **Expert Reporting.** With a minimum of once a year, you must ensure to have your warehouse racking inspected by a professional qualified racking inspector, or technically competent person who understands rack design. They will provide a full detailed damage report, layout and comment on areas that can be improved and highlight concerns that may have gone unnoticed on a standard report. SARIs or SEMA Approved Rack Inspectors are highly skilled in this area and we can offer this to all our clients.
