Speedlock Adjustable Pallet Racking (APR)

All Speedlock products are available in component form for self assembly, or supplied as part of a professional design and installation service from Dexion Storage Centre Anglia Ltd. Speedlock provides efficient pallet storage, is compatible with all types and sizes of pallets, and uses any type of handling equipment.

When a Speedlock pallet racking system is specified, a wide range of safety features can be incorporated, some as optional extras, to ensure that the installation can be protected against fire, fork truck error and accidental damage.

Speedlock is designed and manufactured to I.S.O. 9001 International Standards and complies with the SEMA (Storage Equipment Manufacturers’ Association) Code of Practice for the design of pallet racking.

All materials employed in the manufacture of Speedlock are finished in the most exacting standards, with beams and uprights phosphated and stove enamelled to a high quality in a range of colours. Speedlock is also available galvanised.

Deepstor Drive In Racking

Dexion Deepstor Low Profile is an ultra high density storage system providing continuous racking without dividing aisles. Pallets are deposited and retrieved from the cantilevered rails by forklift trucks which drive into the racking structure. The low profile rail system provides safe, stable storage for easily damaged or fragile loads which cannot be blockstacked.

Deepstor P90 Drive In Racking

Dexion Deepstor P90 Drive In Racks can make your storage space up to 90% more efficient compared to conventional pallet racking systems. This substantial improvement is achieved by eliminating picking aisles. The forklift truck positions the pallets on front to back rails, enabling rows to be stacked adjacent to each other. In addition to freeing up additional storage space, the system increases productivity. P90 Drive-In racking provides safe and efficient “block-stacking” capacity for goods which are too fragile or unstable to be stacked one on top of the other in the traditional way.

Narrow Aisle Racking

Narrow aisle racking makes optimum use of floor area and height, whilst permitting individual access to all pallets. Specially designed handling equipment (trucks and cranes) is needed to manoeuvre in the narrow aisle between the racks.

Push Back Racking

Push Back rack is a form of pallet flow rack where pallets are stored two, three or four deep. Using a forklift truck, pallets are both loaded and unloaded from one aisle, by the use of a telescopic trolley system. The palletised load is deposited on the top trolley.

When the next pallet is inserted, this loaded trolley is pushed back into the storage lane. This process is repeated for up to four pallets deep. When a pallet is withdrawn from the lane, the remaining pallets stored behind are automatically fed forward under the force of gravity. Push Back Rack can be used to provide additional storage space in otherwise unusable areas such as above Cross Aisles or around dock levellers.

MOBILE PALLET RACKING SYSTEMS

Dexion Poweracks mobile racking is a high density storage system which allows access to all unit load storage locations. With this powered mobile system, standard adjustable pallet racks are mounted into wheeled bases which run on precision laid rails set in the floor. When access is required, the appropriate aisle is opened by operating the electrically driven bases. Poweracks can be easily moved to create an aisle when required. The result is either a saving in space or vastly increased storage capacity.

Cantilever Racking

Cantilever racking provides safe and neat storage of long products and maximises usage of floor area. Each rack is planned and manufactured to suit your individual needs. The racking has a tough design to cope with demanding environments. All designs meet current British Standards.
