When we receive you enquiry either by phone, email or through the website it gets logged onto our system and assigned to the best member of staff to action. Depending on the type of enquiry we may be able to submit a quotation back to you. However in most instance we prefer to attend site, meet in person and discuss in more detail and get a better understanding of your requirements.
After agreeing a suitable time to attend site, and complying with your companies PPE policies. We meet with you and assess your requirements, talk through some solutions and gather a picture of what would be best suited to your business. Before leaving site we survey the area and hand over some literature.
Having talked through the different storage solution and taken site dimensions, your details are then passed to our design/ team who start putting together a CAD drawing and using our in-house technical software start to design the correct storage specification to suit your needs. Our proposed designs are in line with SEMA and load tested by our manufactures. We then present back a couple of options for you to review and make changes should you wish.
Once we have established your preferred option, we provide a written quotation detailing the specification of your requirements. From here we can make tweaks if required and if necessary talk through on site.
