Project Overview: Temporary Warehouse Solution in Chelmsford, Essex
In August, Dexion Anglia Ltd. visited a client site in Chelmsford, Essex, to assess their needs and collaborate with the management team on creating an efficient temporary warehouse solution. Our goal was to design a space that met both their operational and budgetary requirements.

After meeting with the team and understanding their needs, we drafted a detailed CAD layout and provided a comprehensive quotation. The proposal included:

Installation & Customization
Once the temporary warehouse structure was in place, we conducted a thorough site survey to ensure the racking system was optimized for the space. Based on the survey, we fine-tuned the layout, and the final design was approved by the client in November.
Efficient Delivery & Setup
In mid-December, our team sprang into action, delivering and installing the racking system over four efficient days—just in time for the client’s new product to arrive in January. The project was completed with the necessary SEMA load notices to ensure compliance and safety.
Ongoing Support
To ensure everything remains in top shape, we’ve scheduled an annual rack inspection for the following year, reinforcing our commitment to long-term partnership and support.
