Dexion Anglia Ltd was approached to carry out a comprehensive site survey for the customers new chiller and finished goods store. The objective was to design and install a racking solution that maximised storage capacity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Following the initial survey, our team produced two layout proposals to optimise the available space. The customer selected the Dexion P90 racking system, renowned for its strength, durability, and reliability in demanding warehouse environments.
During a final pre-installation site inspection, we identified minor but critical challenges: additional cooling units had reduced available space, and a new fire door had been installed. Collaborating closely with the client, we repositioned a bay to maintain total pallet capacity and engineered a bridge bay over the fire door, ensuring both safety and operational efficiency.
The project was delivered directly from our King’s Lynn warehouse, with our SEIRS-trained in-house team completing the installation over three days. All works were carried out to full SEMA standards and included:
